Orders within the United States and United Kingdom are delivered within 3–7 business days using UPS or FedEx Priority. Deliveries to Canada also arrive within 3–7 business days via UPS. For Europe, shipments are handled by DHL Express and typically take 7–14 business days. Customers in Australia can expect delivery within 4–9 business days through Aramex. For the rest of the world, delivery is usually completed within 7–14 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics disruptions. Our team closely monitors each order and works directly with courier partners to minimize any impact.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are not marked as final sale. Cancellations can only be processed before an order has been shipped. Once an order has been prepared for dispatch or dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible due to the exclusivity of our inventory.

All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a complimentary replacement with full tracking at no additional cost. If delays occur due to courier backlogs, seasonal demand, or severe weather, our support team will assist and ensure your concerns are handled with priority.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that final sale and discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. Items such as underwear, swimwear, masks, and custom-made pieces are also not eligible for return unless faulty. Shoes and accessories must include their original boxes and dust bags.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective. All return requests must first be authorized by our Customer Service team. Unauthorized returns sent directly to our address cannot be accepted.

Refunds for Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will promptly guide you through the next steps. Since all items are fully insured during shipping, refunds and exchanges for confirmed cases of damage are processed quickly and securely.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been shipped, which typically means within 2 business days from the time of purchase.

Due to the exclusive and high-demand nature of our inventory, once an order has been prepared for dispatch or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
