Returns Policy

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused state with all packaging, dust bags, and tags intact.

Final Sale Items: Discounted or promotional products are considered final sale and are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.

Footwear & Accessories: Must be returned in their original boxes and dust bags, placed inside protective packaging.

Tags: All Luxuryzion security tags and brand tags must remain attached and unaltered.

Hosiery, Lingerie & Swimwear: Must be tried on over undergarments only and returned with hygiene seals intact.

Face Masks: Non-returnable unless defective upon receipt.

Jewelry: Must be returned with all original packaging and documentation in the same condition as received.

Custom Items: Tailored or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the exclusive nature of our products and fast-moving logistics process, cancellations are only possible before an order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. This ensures:
