Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed, the preparation of luxury products typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

After preparation is complete, your order is handed over to the courier for priority international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States & United Kingdom: 3–7 business days (UPS / FedEx Priority)
Canada: 3–7 business days (UPS)
Europe: 7–14 business days (DHL Express)
Australia: 4–9 business days (Aramex)
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days (depending on courier availability)
Please note: While we strive to meet these delivery windows, unexpected delays may occur due to customs processing, local holidays, carrier congestion, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
Returns & Cancellations

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, provided the products are unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Final sale and discounted items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

Cancellations can be accommodated only before an order has been dispatched. Once preparation and shipping processes begin, cancellation is no longer possible.
Important: Return requests must be authorized by our Customer Service team.
Unauthorized returns sent directly to our corporate address will not be accepted.
Lost or Delayed Packages
All shipments are covered by full insurance from dispatch to delivery.
In the rare event that a package is officially confirmed lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
For delays caused by peak-season volume, customs, or weather conditions, our team will liaise directly with the courier to obtain updates and ensure your concerns are handled promptly.
