Orders within the United States and the United Kingdom are delivered within approximately 3 to 7 business days through UPS or FedEx Priority. Deliveries to Canada also take 3 to 7 business days and are handled by UPS. For European destinations, shipments are managed by DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days. Customers in Australia can expect delivery within 4 to 9 business days through Aramex. For all other international locations, delivery is typically completed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on courier availability and customs clearance.
While we strive for punctuality, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. Our team actively monitors each shipment and works closely with courier partners to minimize any impact and to keep you informed.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted within seven days of delivery for eligible items that are not marked as Final Sale. Cancellations may only be processed before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or released to the courier, cancellations are no longer possible due to the exclusivity of our inventory.
Insurance & Support
All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit, a complimentary replacement with full tracking will be arranged at no additional cost. Return Policy
You may request a return within seven days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that items designated as Final Sale or sold at a discount are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, products such as underwear, swimwear, masks, and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty. Shoes and accessories must include their original boxes and dust bags.

Refunds for Damaged Items
