Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed, the preparation of luxury products typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.
This timeframe allows our team and logistics partners to:

• Verify product availability across our network

• Complete detailed quality checks

• Prepare premium packaging and documentation

• Coordinate with international carriers for secure pickup

After preparation is complete, your order is handed over to the courier for priority international shipping.

Europe: 7–14 business days (DHL Express)
Australia: 4–9 business days (Aramex)
Rest of the World: 7–14 business days (depending on courier availability)

Please note: While we strive to meet these delivery windows, unexpected delays may occur due to customs processing, local holidays, carrier congestion, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.

Returns & Cancellations

• Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, provided the products are unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

• Final sale and discounted items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

• Cancellations can be accommodated only before an order has been dispatched. Once preparation and shipping processes begin, cancellation is no longer possible.

Important: Return requests must be authorized by our Customer Service team.
Unauthorized returns sent directly to our corporate address will not be accepted.

Lost or Delayed Packages

All shipments are covered by full insurance from dispatch to delivery.
In the rare event that a package is officially confirmed lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

For delays caused by peak-season volume, customs, or weather conditions, our team will liaise directly with the courier to obtain updates and ensure your concerns are handled promptly.

Return & Cancellation Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• All tags and packaging must remain intact.

• Final sale and discounted items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

• Items such as underwear, swimwear, masks, and custom pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty.

• Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original boxes and dust bags.

Refunds for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our team will guide you through the refund or exchange process. Please note that all items are fully insured during shipping.

Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been shipped, usually within 2 business days from purchase. Once prepared for dispatch or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible due to the exclusive nature of our inventory.
