Returns & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are not marked as final sale.
Cancellations are possible only before the order is shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Lost or Delayed Packages

All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage. In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a complimentary replacement with full tracking at no additional cost.
